2. Services

Cybernilora delivers professional IT-security consulting and digital literacy training to individuals and organizations. All engagements are subject to these Terms.

2.1 Access and Use

Clients agree to provide accurate information when requesting services. Unauthorized access or misuse of tools provided by Cybernilora is prohibited.

3. Information Products

Digital courses, tutorials, guides, and webinars offered by Cybernilora are licensed for individual use. Downloading, sharing, or modifying without permission is not allowed.

4. Physical Goods

Tangible security devices or printed materials sold by Cybernilora are covered by these Terms. Clients must inspect all goods upon receipt.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 5 business days of purchase, provided no substantial work has been delivered. Refunds are credited via the original means of settlement within 14 business days. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra fee if notice is given at least 3 days before the scheduled start date. After service commencement, no funds will be refunded due to the time-sensitive nature of security tasks.

5.2 Information Products

Requests must be made within 7 days of the initial access date. Upon approval, digital access will be revoked and funds issued via the original means of settlement within 7 business days. Due to immediate availability, requests beyond 7 days cannot be accepted.

5.3 Physical Goods

Items may be sent back within 15 days of shipment receipt. Goods must arrive in original condition. Once the item is received at our facility, funds will be issued via the original means of settlement within 10 business days. Shipping back costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Custom elearning modules and one-on-one coaching sessions involve dedicated effort and are not eligible for funds issuance. Clients may request a schedule change up to 30 days in advance at no additional fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and tools provided by Cybernilora remain the property of Cybernilora or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cybernilora’s total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product at issue.

8. Amendments

Cybernilora may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted online with the effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
